Cadbury Coconut Chocolate Nests
These Cadbury coconut chocolate nests made with Cadbury mini eggs, sweetened shredded coconut, and dark chocolate, are an essential Easter dessert.

- 2.5 cups Dark chocolate candy melts
- 3.5 oz Sweetened shredded coconut
- 10 oz Cadbury mini eggs
Melt the chocolate candy melts in a large microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions.*
Stir a 1/2 cup of the sweetened shredded coconut into the melted chocolate and mix to combine. Repeat this process with the remaining coconut.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, spoon a round ball of the chocolate-coconut mixture onto a baking tray lined with a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Create a small indent using the back of your spoon.
Add three Cadbury eggs before the chocolate hardens.
Repeat Step 3 - Step 5 with the remaining chocolate-coconut mixture and Cadbury eggs.
Let the chocolate harden.
