Protein
- 1 lb Bacon
- 8 oz Prosciutto
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs large
- 6 oz White Cheddar Cheese
Carbs
- 6 Mini bagels
- 7 Mini croissants
- 10 Mini blueberry muffins
Fruits & Veggies
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 lb Red grapes
- 1 pint Blackberries
- 1 Avocado large
Dips
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Blackberry jam
Slice the sharp white cheddar cheese.
Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
Fry the bacon.
Add the maple syrup to a sauce dish.
Add the blackberry jam to the sauce dish.
Place the sauce dishes on opposite sides of your board.
Arrange the proteins, carbs, fruits, and veggies on the board so that there are no gaps.
