- 15.25 oz Pillsbury Most Supreme Strawberry Cake Mix (1 box)
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 1 and 1/4 cup M&Ms (Pastel/Easter)
Mix the cake mix, eggs, and canola oil in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in the M&Ms.
Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
Scoop 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray, lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Place the baking tray into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake the cookies for 10-11 minutes.
While the cookies are in the oven, use the remaining dough to scoop 12 one-inch balls onto a baking tray, lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Place the baking tray into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Remove the first batch of cookies from the oven and transfer the cookies to a cooling rack using a turner.
Bake the second batch of cookies for 10-11 minutes.
Remove the second batch of cookies from the oven and transfer the cookies to a cooling rack using a turner.
