Cook

  • First, cook the bacon according to the package instructions. Then, transfer the cooked bacon to a large plate, and pat it a with paper towel to absorb the grease.

  • After you’ve cooked all the waffles, fry the eggs.

Assemble

  • Now it’s time to assemble your board. First, place the fried eggs in mini cast iron on your serving board.
  • Align the mini waffles down the center of the board.
  • Position the waffle toppings, fruit, and bacon across the board.
  • Lastly, fill the Santa mug with whipped cream.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

It’s important to fill the Santa mug with whipped cream last so that the whipped cream doesn’t melt before you serve the board.
Feel free to get creative with substitutions. To stick with the Christmas vibes, stick to red and green fruit and waffle toppings.
To save a little time in the morning, cook the bacon a day or two before and reheat it in the morning.
