- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 24 Hershey Kisses
- Sanding sugars pink, green, purple, & blue
Prepare The Cookie Dough
First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
Next, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
While the dough is chilling, unwrap the Hershey Kisses and set them aside.
Remove the cookie dough from the fridge and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Using a cookie scoop, shape one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Then, roll the round balls in pink, blue, purple, or green sanding sugar.
Place the sugar-coated cookie dough balls onto a baking tray line with parchment paper.
Bake The Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Next, remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place a Hershey Kiss on top of each cookie.
Lastly, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
