Easter Blossom Cookies
This easter blossom cookies recipe is made using a cake mix so it's quick and easy to make. It's a colorful and festive addition to your Easter dessert table.

Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 24 Hershey Kisses
- Sanding sugars pink, green, purple, & blue
Instructions
Prepare The Cookie Dough
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
- Next, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- While the dough is chilling, unwrap the Hershey Kisses and set them aside.
- Remove the cookie dough from the fridge and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a cookie scoop, shape one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Then, roll the round balls in pink, blue, purple, or green sanding sugar.
- Place the sugar-coated cookie dough balls onto a baking tray line with parchment paper.
Bake The Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Next, remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place a Hershey Kiss on top of each cookie.
- Lastly, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
