- 1 Box chocolate cake mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
Toppings
- 1 Cup shredded coconut
- 3 Drops green food coloring gel
- 1/2 Container vanilla frosting
- 72 Cadbury eggs
Bake The Cookies
First, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
Then, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Next, using a cookie scoop, shape the dough into one-inch round balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, about 2" apart.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
Next, remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest on the baking tray for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Decorate The Cookies
Transfer the coconut from its package to a bowl mixing.
Next, add the food coloring gel and mix well.
Once the cookies have cooled completely, frost them with vanilla icing and top with coconut and 3 Cadbury eggs.
