- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

- Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips
- Mint M&M's (Christmas-Themed)
- M&M's Minis (Christmas-Themed)
- Sprinkles (Christmas-Themed)
- Andes Creme de Menthe Chocolate Mint Baking Chips

Prepare The Cookie Dough
First, pour the chocolate cake mix into a large bowl.
Then, add in the eggs and oil and mix to combine.
Transfer the Christmas toppings from the packages to small bowls.
Next, line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Using a cookie scooper, create a 1" round ball.
Then, roll half of the dough in one of the Christmas toppings.
Exception: For the mint cookies, wrap the dough around 3 mint M&Ms
Next, transfer the decorated cookie dough to the baking tray.
Repeat these Steps until you have filled your baking tray with 12 cookies, spaced evenly apart.
Chill the cookies in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Bake The Cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit on the pan for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
