  • 1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

Christmas Cookie Toppings

  • Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips
  • Mint M&M's (Christmas-Themed)
  • M&M's Minis (Christmas-Themed)
  • Sprinkles (Christmas-Themed)
  • Andes Creme de Menthe Chocolate Mint Baking Chips
  • Christmas Tree Sprinkles

Instructions
 

Prepare The Cookie Dough

  • First, pour the chocolate cake mix into a large bowl.
  • Then, add in the eggs and oil and mix to combine.
  • Transfer the Christmas toppings from the packages to small bowls.
  • Next, line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Using a cookie scooper, create a 1" round ball.
  • Then, roll half of the dough in one of the Christmas toppings.
  • Exception: For the mint cookies, wrap the dough around 3 mint M&Ms
  • Next, transfer the decorated cookie dough to the baking tray.
  • Repeat these Steps until you have filled your baking tray with 12 cookies, spaced evenly apart.
  • Chill the cookies in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Bake The Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit on the pan for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
