Five Types of Chocolate Christmas Cake Mix Cookies

- Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Christmas M&M’s Cookies
- Christmas Sprinkle Cookies
- Andes Creme De Menthe Cookie
Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
Peppermint chips aren’t only for the rim of your Peppermintini.
I love the added crunch these peppermint chips bring to the cookies.
Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
I’m not a big mint fan. In the summer, I always steer clear of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
However, this chewy chocolate cookie with mint M&M’s is simply irresistible in my book.
Unlike the other Christmas cake mix cookies, the toppings are on the inside of these cookies.
This is because the mint M&M’s are much larger than the other toppings.
Also, small cookies with large toppings (such as regular size M&M’s) tend to look a bit odd.
Instead of leaving the tops completely bare, I added a couple of green Christmas tree sprinkles on top, for some color.
Christmas M&M’s Cookies
These M&M’s cookies might be my favorite.
You’ll want to choose mini M&M’s over the regular M&M’s for the reason mentioned above (small cookies with large toppings tend to look a bit odd).
Christmas Sprinkle Cookies
I mean, doesn’t every dessert just take better with sprinkles?
Andes Creme De Menthe Cookies
‘Tis the season for Andes Creme De Menthe.
If you can’t find the Andes Creme De Menthe baking chips at the grocery store, buy the Andes Creme De Menthe Thin Mints and chop them into small pieces.
