Ingredients for these cookies are broken out into two sections, one for cookie dough, and one for the toppings and mix-ins.

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

I have used both Betty Crocker’s and Hersheyland’s peanut butter cookie dough recipes to make these cookies.

Alternatively, you could use Peanut Butter Cookie Mix or Ready-To-Bake Cookie Dough from the store.

Toppings And Mix-Ins for Each Cookie

  1. Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies
    • Chocolate candy
    • Christmas sprinkles

    • Candy eyes

How To Make Christmas Peanut Butter Cookies

Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

  • First, bake the peanut butter cookie dough according to the instructions.
  • Once the cookies have cooled completely, then melt the chocolate.

  • Next, dip half of the cookie in the chocolate. Lightly tap the cookie on the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.
  • Place the cookie on parchment paper.
  • Lastly, add Christmas sprinkles.

Peanut Butter Reindeer Christmas Cookies

  • First, place the candy eyes, red M&M’s, and pretzel pieces in separate bowls by the oven.
  • Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees,
  • Grease a mini cupcake pan with spray butter. Set aside.
  • Then, prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to the instructions.
  • Using a cookie scooper, transfer a scoop of dough from the mixing bowl to each cupcake cavity.
  • Lightly press on each ball of dough.

  • Remove the cookies from the oven and place the pan on top of the stop.
  • Then. immediately top with two candy eyes, two pretzel pieces, and one red M&M.

  • Next, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Then, prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to the instructions.
  • Add in a mixture of white chocolate chip, mini Christmas M&M’s, and Christmas sprinkles.
  • Using a cookie scooper, scoop twelve 1″ round balls onto the baking tray.

  • Using a cookie scooper, scoop twelve 1″ round balls onto the baking tray.
  • Next, sprinkle red and green sugar crystals onto the cookies.
