Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

  • Chocolate candy melts
  • Christmas sprinkles

Peanut Butter Reindeer Christmas Cookies

  • Reese's cups
  • Candy eyes
  • Small pretzels
  • Red M&M's

Christmas Peanut Butter M&M Cookies

  • Christmas M&M Minis
  • White chocolate chips
  • Christmas sprinkles

Christmas Peanut Butter "Kiss" Cookies

  • Red sugar crystals
  • Green sugar crystals
  • Mini chocolate Santa's

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to the recipe instructions

Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

  • First, bake the peanut butter cookie dough according to the instructions.
  • Once the cookies have cooled completely, then melt the chocolate.
  • Next, dip half of the cookie in the chocolate.
  • Lightly tap the cookie on the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.
  • Place the cookie on parchment paper. 
  • Lastly, add Christmas sprinkles.

Peanut Butter Reindeer Christmas Cookies

  • First, place the candy eyes, red M&M's, and pretzel pieces in separate bowls by the oven.
  • Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a mini cupcake pan with spray butter. Set aside.
  • Then, prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to the instructions.
  • Using a cookie scooper, transfer a scoop of dough from the mixing bowl to each cupcake cavity. 
  • Lightly press on each ball of dough.
  • Bake for 11 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and place the pan on top of the stop. 
  • Immediately top with two candy eyes, two pretzel pieces, and one red M&M.
  • Lastly, let the cookies sit for another couple of minutes before removing them from the cupcake pan and transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Christmas Peanut Butter M&M Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees,
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Then, prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to the instructions.
  • Add in a mixture of white chocolate chip, mini Christmas M&M's, and Christmas sprinkles.
  • Using a cookie scooper, scoop twelve 1" round balls onto the baking tray.
  • Bake for 11 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and place the baking tray on the stove.
  • After 3 minutes, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Christmas Peanut Butter "Kiss" Cookies

  • First, unwrap the chocolate Santas and place them in a bowl next to the oven.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Then, prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to the instructions.
  • Using a cookie scooper, scoop twelve 1" round balls onto the baking tray.
  • Next, sprinkle red and green sugar crystals onto the cookies.
  • Bake for 11 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and place the baking tray on top of the stop. 
  • Immediately top each cookie with a chocolate Santa.
  • Lastly, let the cookies sit for another couple of minutes before removing the cookies from the baking tray and transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
