S'mores Cookies Recipe
Easy and chewy s'mores cookies recipe made with a cake mix, graham crackers, Hershey's chocolate, and mini marshmallows. Theses s'mores cookies with cake mix are a new favorite at home!

Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2.5 bars Hershey's chocolate bars chopped into pieces
- 1/2 cup graham crackers cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows cut in half
Instructions
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
- Next, fold in chopped chocolate, graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.
- Then, cover and chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a cookie scoop, shape the dough into one-inch round balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, about 2" apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Next, remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest on the baking tray for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
