- Vanilla cake mix
- Eggs
- Vegetable oil
- Hershey’s chocolate (chopped into pieces)
- Mini marshmallows (cut in half)
- Graham crackers (cut into pieces)

- Spatula
- Measuring cups
- Cookie scoop

How To A Make A S’mores Cookie Recipe
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
- Next, fold in chopped chocolate, graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.
- Then, cover and chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a cookie scoop, shape the dough into one-inch round balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, about 2″ apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Next, remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest on the baking tray for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
S’mores Cookies With Cake Mix: Recipe Notes
- Be careful not to over-bake these cookies! The cookies will appear under cooked when you take them out of the oven, but they will continue to cook as they rest on the baking tray.
- To prevent the marshmallows from melting, make sure the marshmallows don’t touch the baking tray.
- Yes, cut the mini marshmallows in half. Even though they are ‘mini’, they are still too big for cookies. I learned this from Preppy Kitchen.
