Chocolate Cookies Dipped In White Chocolate
Ingredients
- Chocolate cake mix (1 box)
- Eggs (2 large)
- Vegetable oil (½ cup)
- White melting chocolate (5 oz)
- St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (½ cup)
Instructions
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
- Then, chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Next, using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
- Once the cookies have cooled completely, melt the white chocolate.
- Dip ½ of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.

Vanilla Frosted Cookies
Ingredients
- Vanilla cake mix (1 box)
- Eggs (2 large)
- Vegetable oil (½ cup)
- Vanilla frosting (1 container)
- Green food coloring gel (6-7 drops)
- St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (¼ cup)
Instructions
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
- Next, chill dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Then using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- While the dough is chilling, color the frosting green.
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
- Lastly, frost the cookies with green frosting and top with sprinkles.
