Chocolate Cookies Dipped In White Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Chocolate cake mix (1 box)
  • Eggs (2 large)
  • Vegetable oil (½ cup)
  • White melting chocolate (5 oz)
  • St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (½ cup)

Instructions

  • First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
  • Then, chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Next, using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
  • Once the cookies have cooled completely, melt the white chocolate.
  • Dip ½ of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.

  • While the dough is chilling, color the frosting green.
  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
  • Lastly, frost the cookies with green frosting and top with sprinkles.

    Then, chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    Next, using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Bake for 9-11 minutes.
