Ingredients
  

Chocolate Cookies Dipped In White Chocolate

  • 1 Box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 5 Oz white melting chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup St. Patrick's Day sprinkles

Vanilla Frosted Cookies

  • 1 Box vanilla cake mix
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Container vanilla frosting
  • 6-7 Drops green food coloring gel
  • 1/4 Cup St. Patrick's Day sprinkles

Instructions
 

Make The Chocolate Cookies Dipped In White Chocolate

  • First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
    Then, chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    Next, using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Bake for 9-11 minutes.
    Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely. 
    Once the cookies have cooled completely, melt the white chocolate.
    Dip ½ of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.

Make The Vanilla Frosted Cookies

  • First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
    Next, chill dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    Then using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.
    While the dough is chilling, color the frosting green.
    Preheat the oven to 350.
    Bake for 9-11 minutes.
    Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
    Lastly, frost the cookies with green frosting and top with sprinkles.
