Ingredients
Chocolate Cookies Dipped In White Chocolate
- 1 Box chocolate cake mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 5 Oz white melting chocolate
- 1/4 Cup St. Patrick's Day sprinkles
Vanilla Frosted Cookies
- 1 Box vanilla cake mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 Container vanilla frosting
- 6-7 Drops green food coloring gel
- 1/4 Cup St. Patrick's Day sprinkles
Instructions
Make The Chocolate Cookies Dipped In White Chocolate
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.Then, chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.Next, using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Bake for 9-11 minutes.Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely. Once the cookies have cooled completely, melt the white chocolate.Dip ½ of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.
Make The Vanilla Frosted Cookies
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.Next, chill dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.Then using a cookie scoop, roll 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.While the dough is chilling, color the frosting green.Preheat the oven to 350.Bake for 9-11 minutes.Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.Lastly, frost the cookies with green frosting and top with sprinkles.
