This option is probably the most hearty romantic breakfast option, combining eggs, bacon, and pancakes.

  3. Maple syrup
  4. Raspberries

Option 3 is lighter than option 1, but heavier than option 2. It combines my two favorite breakfast foods (pancakes and bacon) plus fresh fruit.

Tips For Cooking The Pancakes

I used the recipe on the back of the pancake mix box and added this red food coloring gel as desired. You could also make homemade pancakes.

The best way to make the mini pancakes and heart-shaped pancakes is by using a condiment squeeze bottle and a griddle.

Important note: Colored pancakes burn easily! If you are making red pancakes, be sure to cook the pancakes on a lower heat, to prevent them from burning.

  • 12 Mini heart-shaped pancakes (plus optional red food coloring gel)
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 4 Slices bacon
  • ¼ Cup maple syrup

"LOVE Breakfast

  • 9 Mini pancakes
  • 2 Slices bacon
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 13 Raspberries
  • 12 Blackberries
  • 3 Strawberries

Pancakes, Bacon, & Fruit

  • 32 Mini red pancakes
  • 1/2 Cup fresh berries
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • 1/4 Cup Syrup

Drinks (Optional)

  • Coffee
  • Cream
  • Sugar
  • Prosecco
  • Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • First, decide on a romantic breakfast option.
  • Next, cook the pancakes, bacon, and/or eggs. Place the food on a tray in a 150-degree oven to keep it warm while you continue to get breakfast ready.
  • Then, wash and dry the fruit. Place it in a small dip cup.
  • Pour the syrup into a small dip cup.
  • Arrange your board.
  • Enjoy!
