How To Make Football Cake Mix Cookies

Step 1: Bake The Cookies

  • First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
  • Then, chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Next, using a cookie scoop, drop 12 one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the dough (again) in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Bake for 11 minutes.
  • Lastly, remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.

  • Once the cookies have cooled completely, frost them with chocolate icing.
  • Lastly, add white laces using white cookie icing.
