Brunch and charcuterie boards are two of my favorite things, so serving this brunch charcuterie on a Sunday afternoon with mimosas is one of my favorite ways to fight off the Sunday scaries.

Equipment
- Large serving board
- Mini Sauce Dishes
- Cheese Knife Set
- Mini Tongs
Ingredients
Protein
- 1 lb Bacon
- 8 oz Prosciutto
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs large
- 6 oz White Cheddar Cheese
Carbs
- 6 Mini bagels
- 7 Mini croissants
- 10 Mini blueberry muffins
Fruits & Veggies
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 lb Red grapes
- 1 pint Blackberries
- 1 Avocado large
Dips
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Blackberry jam
Instructions
- Slice the sharp white cheddar cheese.
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Fry the bacon.
- Add the maple syrup to a sauce dish.
- Add the blackberry jam to the sauce dish.
- Place the sauce dishes on opposite sides of your board.
- Arrange the proteins, carbs, fruits, and veggies on the board so that there are no gaps.
