  1. Vanilla cake mix
  2. Eggs
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Hershey kisses
  5. Sanding sugars:
    1. Blue sanding sugar
    2. Green sanding sugar

How To Make Easter Blossom Cookies

Step 1: Prepare The Cookie Dough

  • First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
  • Next, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • While the dough is chilling, unwrap the Hershey Kisses and set them aside.
  • Remove the cookie dough from the fridge and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Using a cookie scoop, shape one-inch round balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Then, roll the round balls in pink, blue, purple, or green sanding sugar.
  • Place the sugar-coated cookie dough balls onto a baking tray line with parchment paper.

Step 2: Bake The Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Bake for 9 – 11 minutes.
  • Next, remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place a Hershey Kiss on top of each cookie.
  • Lastly, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
