How To Make Easter Nest Cookies
Step 1: Bake The Cookies
- First, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
- Then, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Next, using a cookie scoop, shape the dough into one-inch round balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, about 2″ apart.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Next, remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest on the baking tray for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 2: Decorate The Cookies
- Transfer the coconut from its package to a mixing bowl.
- Next, add the food coloring gel and mix well.
- Once the cookies have cooled completely, frost them with vanilla icing and top with coconut and 3 Cadbury eggs.
