This engagement charcuterie board is a beautiful addition to an engagement party buffet table or a bachelorette weekend.
This board combines sweet and salty ingredients such as chocolate almonds, cheese, crackers, and grapes. Also, the diamond ring toppers really emphasize the theme of the board.

My future sister-in-law (eek! sounds crazy to say) asked me to help make a charcuterie board for an upcoming engagement brunch and I was so excited to help.
Although I recently published my engagement party dessert board, I wanted to take a more traditional charcuterie board approach for this brunch.
This tray still looks super cute for any occasion if you simply remove the diamond ring toppers:

How To Make Meat Roses For A Charcuterie Board
- Fold 1 slice of salami in half. Roll the salami to create a cone shape (lose on one end, tight on the other end)
- Fold another slice of salami in half and wrap it around the cone-shaped salami.
- Repeat Step # 3 until you have reached your desired rose size.
- Once you have reached your desired side, insert two tooth picks near the bottom of the rose in an ‘x’ shape to secure the meat.
How To Make An Engagement Charcuterie Board
- Start by making the meat roses. The number of meat roses you need depends on the size of your tray. My tray required 10 meat roses.
- Next, arrange the meat roses in ‘waved diagonal’, or loose ‘S’ from the top right to the lower-left corner.
- Add a vertical line of about 10 crackers starting in the top left corner.
- Position the wedge of cheese in the lower right corner.
- Add a handful of cherries in the upper right corner and lower-left corner.
- Position grapes around the lower parts of the cheese wedge.
- Add a handful of chocolate-covered almonds above the cheese wedge and below the stack of vertical crackers.
- Place 6 mini cheese balls along the upper left side of the meat rose ‘wave’.
- Place about crackers along the upper right side of the meat rose ‘wave’.
- Position 3 small chocolate bars next to each set of crackers.
- Lastly, add a handful of grapes in the remaining empty space: to the left of the 6 cheese balls.
