Mediterranean charcuterie board ideas for two, or a crowd! Instead of a classic charcuterie board with cured meats and a variety of cheeses, these Mediterranean boards are loaded with pita chips, olives, tzatziki, feta, pistachios, and more.
Hi, friends! So, I wasn’t planning on having another post ready so quickly after publishing my ice cream sundae charcuterie board yesterday, but I had to squeeze this one in.
Oddly enough, the inspiration for these Mediterranean charcuterie board ideas came from countless nights of Nick and I trying to come up with creative ways to eat our leftovers before they went bad.
Now, this board – or some variation – has become one of our go-to dinners this summer. It’s light, filling, and satisfying (especially when you pair it with a glass of red wine 🙂 ).
Also, you can easily grab a bigger board from your cabinet and load it up with extra ingredients to server a crowd.

The Mediterranean ingredients listed below can be purchased at almost any grocery store (I got mine from Aldi!):

The image below is just an example of some of the Mediterranean ingredients you can find at Aldi. Note, I ended up not including all of the ingredients on my boards, such as the large black olives and brown rice crackers, because I ran out of room.
